Do I need to see a doctor before coming to Physio?

No, you can come direct to physio without seeing your doctor. I can register your ACC claim for you if needed.

Can I claim ACC at reVIVe physiotherapy?

Yes, if your injury meets the criteria set out by ACC I am able to register the injury with ACC and claim part of the cost of your session. Your treatment will then be subsidised by ACC.

Can I come to reVIVe physiotherapy without ACC?

Yes you can come for a private consultation.

Will private medical insurance cover the costs?

This varies depending on your insurance company and your policy. You are best to check with your insurer. I will give you a receipt to make your insurance claim if required.

How long will my session be?

This does vary but usually around 45 mins.

Where should I park?

You can either park on the road, or under the building (entrance on Garadice Rd) in the Retail 585 carparks. You can then take either the stairs or the lift up to the ground floor.
